I am sometimes asked what trend in art I belong to. I can say for sure which direction I do not belong to – abstract art.
I work in the field of figurative art. Of course, this area is very wide and includes many artistic movements. I do not want to limit my creativity, to drive it into the framework of a particular style. In my opinion, an artist should try himself in different directions, experiment, consider his work from different angles. Anyone changes over time, gaining new experiences, knowledge and skills. Why should my art remain unchanged for the sake of style?
